Woven Roving Fiberglass (E/ECR Glass)

Manufactured from high-quality direct rovings interwoven in plain or twill patterns, POLEMA's woven roving fiberglass delivers exceptional multi-directional strength and impact resistance. The input rovings are specifically sized to ensure rapid, controlled wet-out and to provide outstanding laminate properties in the final composite product.

Available in both E-Glass and corrosion-resistant ECR-Glass, this bidirectional fabric is highly compatible with Polyester, Vinyl Ester, and Epoxy resin systems. It is universally specified for demanding structural applications, including boat building, chemical storage tanks, swimming pools, sailboards, auto parts, and FRP flat panels. It operates seamlessly across various manufacturing methods such as hand lay-up, BMC (Bulk Molding Compound), filament winding, and mold press processes.

Instructions for Use & Storage

Roll Width: Standard widths are 1000mm and 1270mm. Other custom dimensions are available from 200mm to 3200mm to meet your specific needs.

Packing: The woven roving is rolled onto a 76mm inner diameter paper tube, wrapped securely with plastic film, and packed into cartons. Ready for horizontal pallet loading and bulk container shipping.

Storage: Store in a cool, water-proof area. Ideal room temperature is 15°C to 35°C with 35% to 65% humidity. Keep in the original packaging until use to prevent moisture absorption.
