Fiberglass stitched fabric compatible with Polyester, Vinyl and Epoxy resin and widely used in pultrusion pipes and tanks, FRP boat, insulation panels, anode tubes, auto parts, bath tubes etc, suitable for pultrusion, filament winding, RTM, hand lay-up processes.
E-Glass Woven Roving
POLEMA's E-glass woven roving is a heavy-duty, bidirectional fiberglass cloth engineered for high structural strength and superior impact resistance. Treated with a highly effective, no-paraffin sizing, it guarantees rapid resin wet-out with epoxy, vinyl ester, and UP resins. Inherently flame-retardant and corrosion-resistant, it is the fundamental reinforcement for boat building, automotive body parts, chemical pipelines, and ballistic helmets.
E-Glass Woven Roving is a collection of continuous glass fiber rovings woven into a heavy, coarse fabric. It is universally recognized for its outstanding mechanical properties, including high tensile strength, dimensional stability, and excellent insulation characteristics. Furthermore, it boasts exceptional resistance to heat, fire, and chemical corrosion, making it a highly reliable structural material in demanding environments.
Manufactured with a specialized no-paraffin sizing agent, this E-glass woven roving ensures rapid and complete impregnation with a variety of multi-resin systems, including Unsaturated Polyester (UP), Vinyl Ester, and Epoxy resins. Because of its incredible impact resistance and fire-proof nature, it is widely specified for the manufacturing of safety helmets, high-pressure pipelines, marine vessels, automotive components, and architectural FRP panels. It is a highly cost-effective solution for hand lay-up and large-scale composite tooling.
