POLEMA's fiberglass triaxial fabric is a premium multiaxial reinforcement engineered for extreme multi-directional strength. Featuring direct rovings precisely aligned in three intersecting axes (typically 0°, +45°, -45° or +45°, 90°, -45°) and stitched without chemical binders, it provides exceptional torsional and longitudinal rigidity. It is the ultimate structural backbone for wind turbine blades, boat hulls, and pultruded profiles.

Fiberglass Triaxial Fabric, a highly advanced multiaxial reinforcement, is constructed to absorb heavy mechanical loads from multiple directions simultaneously. It is manufactured by aligning fiberglass direct rovings strictly parallel in three specific directions—either the longitudinal triaxial (0°, +45°, -45°) or the transverse triaxial (+45°, 90°, -45°) configuration. These three distinct layers are then securely stitched together using high-tenacity polyester yarn.
To further enhance its interlaminar shear strength and surface finish, this triaxial fabric can be customized by stitching it together with a chopped strand layer to form a heavy-duty combo mat. Delivering extremely rapid wet-out and flawless compatibility with Polyester, Vinyl Ester, and Epoxy resin systems, this material is indispensable in the wind energy sector, high-performance marine boat building, automotive structural parts, sports equipment, and industrial containers. It exhibits superior formability and mechanical performance in Vacuum Infusion, hand lay-up, pultrusion, and RTM (Resin Transfer Molding) processes.
