POLEMA's Fiberglass Double Biaxial Fabric is an advanced multiaxial composite reinforcement designed to deliver exceptional torsional strength and shear resistance. It is meticulously engineered by aligning fiberglass direct rovings strictly parallel in the +45° and -45° directions. These intersecting layers are then securely stitched together using strong polyester yarn, completely eliminating the need for chemical binders.

Depending on specific structural demands, this biaxial fabric can be customized by stitching an additional layer of chopped strands to form a robust combo mat. Exhibiting outstanding compatibility with Polyester, Vinyl Ester, and Epoxy resin systems, this material ensures rapid wet-out and defect-free lamination. It is widely specified by top-tier manufacturers in wind energy, boat building, automotive, sports equipment, and heavy-duty containers. It is the optimal reinforcement for Vacuum Infusion, hand lay-up, pultrusion, and RTM (Resin Transfer Molding) processes.

Instructions for Use & Storage
Width
Roll Width: The standard widths are 1250mm and 1270mm. Custom widths ranging from 200mm to 2600mm are readily available to match your specific vacuum infusion or tooling needs.
Packing
Packing: The double biaxial fabric is tightly rolled onto a 76mm ID paper tube, securely wrapped with plastic film, and carton-packed for safe horizontal palletizing.
Storage
Storage: Store the product in a dry, cool, and water-proof environment. Recommended conditions are 15°C to 35°C with 35% to 65% humidity.
