It features high transparency, low shrinkage, and resistance to yellowing, making it ideally suited for continuous automated manufacturing lines.

How are the hardness, toughness, and impact resistance of the panels?

The material strikes an optimal balance between rigidity and toughness. It offers excellent resistance to hail and wind pressure, and is highly resistant to brittle fracture under everyday impact, making it suitable for outdoor roofing applications.

Instructions for Use and Storage Conditions

PLM- 1010B resin contains no accelerator, wax or thixotropic agent.
PLM- 1010B resin has moderate reactivity. To ensure product performance, the line speed shall be set accordingto actual equipment and process conditions.
PLM- 1010B resin is suitable for continuous molding panels and general light- transmitting panels.

Before use, store the resin in its original package (avoid opening or damaging the drum) in a dry indoor area below 25℃.

Elevated temperature and light exposure will significantly shorten the shelf life. Keep away from direct sunlight and heat sources during storage.

Unsaturated polyester resin containing styrene is flammable. Keep away from open flames during storage. Refer to the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for details.
