PLM-1010B clear polyester resin contains no accelerator, wax, or thixotropic agent and features moderate baseline reactivity. To ensure optimal performance and clarity, the continuous molding line speed and initiator dosage must be carefully calibrated according to actual oven temperatures and equipment conditions.

Before use, store the liquid resin in its original, tightly sealed packaging (strictly avoid opening or damaging the drum) in a dry, well-ventilated indoor warehouse maintained below 25°C to preserve viscosity and prevent styrene monomer loss.

Elevated temperatures and prolonged exposure to natural light will significantly accelerate premature polymerization and drastically shorten the shelf life. Keep drums far away from direct sunlight, windows, and industrial heat sources.
