Instructions for Roll Handling & Storage

Commercial Packing: Rovings are precision-wound into cylindrical bobbins. Every single roll is tightly sealed in a shrinkage polybag to protect the sizing chemistry. Standard heavy-duty cartons contain 3-4 layers (48-64 rolls per carton) securely stacked on export pallets. Always draw the roving from the inside (core) during unwinding.

Warehouse Storage: Must be stored in a dry, covered environment to prevent wetting out and sizing degradation. The ideal room temperature is between 5°C and 35°C with a relative moisture degree of 35% to 65%. For optimal choppability and low static performance, condition the bobbins in the workshop for 24 hours prior to use.

Stacking Limits: To maintain product integrity and ensure warehouse safety, a maximum of two layers of pallets are allowed to be vertically stacked if storage space is limited. Ensure the bottom pallet rests on completely flat ground.
