Multi-End Roving for E-Glass Chopped Strand Mat

POLEMA's premium multi-end roving is specially engineered as the core raw material for manufacturing high-quality e glass chopped strand mat (both powder and emulsion types). Delivering strictly controlled rigidity, it ensures exceptional choppability and rapid, uniform dispersion during the mat-making process.

Featuring superior static resistance and outstanding resin impregnation, this roving exhibits excellent compatibility with unsaturated polyester (UP) resin systems. Furthermore, its versatile mechanical properties make it highly suitable for cutting into chopped strands to produce heavy-duty stitched bonded mats.

Instructions for Use & Storage

Packing: Carefully packed in pallets. Every single roll is tightly sealed in a shrinkage polybag. Standard cartons contain 3-4 layers (48-64 rolls per carton) for secure transit.

Storage: Must be stored in a dry, open environment to prevent wetting out. Ideal room temperature is 5-35°C with a moisture degree of 35-65%. Optimal usage is within 12 months.

Stacking: To maintain product integrity, a maximum of two layers of pallets is allowed to be vertically stacked if warehouse space is limited.
