Accelerator
PLM-770 resin contains no pre-added accelerator. An appropriate amount of accelerator and curing agent must be added during use according to your specific pressing line speed and ambient factory environment.
Tack Free
To prevent the natural molding surface in contact with air from remaining sticky after curing, add an appropriate amount of paraffin-styrene solution during mixing.
Post Cure
For optimal mechanical performance, structural hardness, and high-gloss polishing results, a post-curing process at 80℃ for several hours is strongly recommended.
Storage
Before use, store the resin tightly sealed in its original package (avoid opening or damaging the drum) in a dry indoor area maintained below 25℃.
Sunlight
Elevated temperature and light exposure will significantly shorten shelf life. Keep away from direct sunlight, windows, and heavy industrial heat sources.
