Fiberglass Chopped Strand Mat

Manufactured by uniformly spreading continuous 50mm E-glass filament rovings and bonding them with premium powder or emulsion polyester binders, this fiberglass chopped strand mat delivers exceptional structural integrity.

It is highly characterized by its outstanding resin combination, rapid wet-out, and excellent laminate transparency. Designed specifically to ensure easy operation and high wet strength retention, it significantly reduces manual labor while maintaining a low production cost. It serves as the ultimate reinforcement material for hand lay-up FRP moldings, extensively specified for manufacturing high-strength boat hulls, cooling towers, corrosion-resistant sheets, flat panels, bath tubs, and various vehicle components.

Instructions for Use & Storage

Packing: Carefully packed in pallets. Every single roll is tightly sealed in a shrinkage polybag. Standard cartons contain 3-4 layers (48-64 rolls per carton).

Storage: Must be stored in a dry, open environment to prevent wetting out. Ideal room temperature is 5-35°C with a moisture degree of 35-65%. Optimal usage is within 12 months.

Stacking: To maintain structural integrity and prevent crushing, a maximum of two layers of pallets is allowed to be vertically stacked if warehouse space is limited.
