       As the most widely used general-purpose reinforcement substrate in the composites industry, POLEMA's alkali-free E-Glass is manufactured from premium borosilicate glass with an alkali metal oxide content of strictly less than 1%. Processed specifically into multi-end roving, it pairs exceptionally well with unsaturated polyester and vinyl ester resins. It serves as the ultimate structural reinforcement for SMC/BMC molding compounds, drastically enhancing the overall mechanical strength, impact resistance, and durability of molded composite products.

POLEMA's E-glass multi-end roving is specifically engineered for the Sheet Molding Compound (SMC) process. Highly compatible with UP resins, it delivers excellent dispersion, fast impregnation, and low static electricity for high-efficiency continuous production.

Designed to optimize the mechanical strength of FRP composites, our SMC multi-end roving significantly improves the cutting performance of final products while generating minimal fuzz. Its superior fluid dynamics within the resin matrix make it the preferred reinforcement material for manufacturing high-quality automotive structural and exterior parts (bumpers, trunks, doors), robust building materials (SMC doors, sanitary wares, water tanks, ceilings), and precision electrical components and meters.

Instructions for Use & Storage
Packing
Packing: Packed in pallets, every single roll is in a shrinkage polybag. Standard carton contains 3-4 layers (48-64 rolls/carton).
Storage
Storage Conditions: Store in a dry, open environment to prevent wetting out. Best storage temperature is 5-35°C with 35-65% humidity. Best used within 12 months.
Stacking
Stacking: Maximum two layers of pallets are allowed to be vertically stacked if storage space is limited.
