Instructions for Use and Storage Conditions
Preparation
PLM-983 stone resin contains no pre-added accelerators; therefore, an appropriate amount of accelerator and curing agent must be added prior to use, based on the specific operating environment and processing requirements.
Surface Tack
To ensure that the naturally formed surface of the cured product—specifically the side exposed to air—remains non-tacky, an appropriate amount of paraffin-styrene solution should be added.
Post Curing
To optimize the performance characteristics of the finished product, a post-curing process at 80°C for several hours is recommended.
Storage Temp
Prior to use, the resin should be stored indoors in a dry environment at a temperature below 25°C, kept within its original packaging (taking care to avoid opening or damaging the containers).
Sunlight Exposure
Elevated temperatures and exposure to light will significantly reduce the product's shelf life; therefore, during storage, the resin must be protected from direct sunlight and kept away from heat sources.
Flammable
